The Circuit

The main part of the gym is a 10 station workout:

  • Recumbent bike (used to warm up)
  • 8 new Pulse resistance machines
  • Free zone

Each station lasts just 3 minutes, after 30 minutes you’ve achieved a full body workout.

A full range of cardio equipment:

  • X-Trainers
  • Exercise bikes
  • Rowers
  • Steppers

All members are given full training beforehand.

Hooping

Helping to tone the tummy! All our ladies love “learning” to hoop!

Please note: All exercise is low impact – there is no pounding of treadmills or heart stopping exercise classes. All our exercise is designed to increase fitness, tone up, and strengthen muscles and bones without putting pressure on the joints.
