How long does GYM AND SLIM shipping take?
Delivery takes 1–2 days in Bangkok and 2–4 days elsewhere in Thailand, with free shipping on orders over ฿1,500. Orders placed before 14:00 ship the same day from our Bangkok studio via Flash or Kerry, with tracking sent by LINE and email.
SIZING
Collapsible content
How do I know my sports bra size?
Measure your bust at the fullest point and your underbust just below the band, then match the cm to our XS–XL chart (bust 76–103 cm). Between sizes? Size up for comfort, down for compression — or take the 30-second fit quiz.
What's the difference between medium and high support?
Medium support suits pilates, yoga and gym training; high support adds compression for running and HIIT. Most GYM AND SLIM bras are medium support — snug band, removable pads, no readjusting mid-class.

Can I machine-wash my sports bra?
Yes — machine wash cold, remove the pads first, and hang dry. The 78% nylon fabric is highly flexible and has been wash-tested 50 times to retain its color and shape.
Can I exchange my size?
Yes — free size exchanges and easy returns within 30 days, as long as tags are on and the item is unworn. Message us on LINE @gymandslim with your order number and we'll send a prepaid label.
